A: We can offer you a free sample. However, we can provide half price samples for products whose value exceeds 80usd. The transportation cost of the sample should be borne by you.

A: 30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.

 

Q: What’s is your shipping service?

A: We can arrange warehousing and shipment. Also subject to your designated freight forwarder. Usually we will quote you the freight rate for your reference, and it is up to you to decide whether to arrange the shipment by us or by your freight forwarder.

 

Q: How about Suva team’s after-sale policy and term?

A: All products are guaranteed for one year. Within a year if there is a quality problem, we provide free repair parts, and bear the shipping cost. For repairs beyond the warranty period, we only charge the cost of the parts. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the spare parts. Or it can be shipped to you with the bulk order.
